An elegant 1 bedroom apartment for rent with all utilities included in the upscale neighbourhood of Parioli. This area is considered one of the most affluent in Rome and is surrounded by beautiful parks such as Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori. This exquisite home has parquet floors and has been tastefully renovated while still maintaining some lovely antique features. It offers a spacious open plan kitchen and living area and a modern bathroom. For added convenience, bills are included in the rent so you won't have to worry about any surprises at the end of the month. The apartment is interior and has a floor area of 45 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The elegant bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a large closet with mirrored doors.
- All bills are included in the rent, making budgeting easy.
- As you enter this home, you will step into a sophisticated living area, beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and antique furniture.
- This room is furnished with a sofa, 2 tables with chairs, a bookcase and a flat screen TV.
- You will be situated right next to the Auditorium Parco della Musica, a public space that hosts not only musical events but also classes and workshops.
- The kitchen is brand new and very comfortable, featuring a gas stove, an oven and all the equipment you will need for preparing your meals.
