A spacious and bright 2-bedroom apartment for rent in the lively neighbourhood of Trastevere. This exterior home is located on via Ettore Rolli, only a few minutes from the river. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach Trastevere station with access to the tram, train and bus networks.
With a floor area of 80 m², this welcoming home can comfortably accommodate 3 adults and it is perfectly equipped for a relaxed and stress-free stay in Rome. It offers central heating, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, a bathroom and a lovely living area with a large window overlooking the street.
Trastevere is one of the most charming and authentic areas of the city and you will find out why just by walking down its cobblestone-lined streets; if you want to immerse yourself in Roman lifestyle, this neighborhood would be perfect for you!
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, a large desk and a book case.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a single bunk bed with a desk underneath, and a large wardrobe.
- The kitchen is bright and comfortable. It has a breakfast bar with some stools, a gas stove and an oven.
- The neighborhood of Trastevere is absolutely gorgeous- you'll love living in this area!
- There is a washing machine in the bathroom and the kitchen opens up to a small balcony where you will find a rack to dry your washing.
- The living area is very charming and beautifully presented. It is furnished with a sofa-bed, a coffee table and a plenty of space to store books, CDs and DVDs.
- The bathroom is spacious and comes with an elegant free-standing bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building doesn't have an elevator.
- There is only a small fridge in the kitchen.
- Bedroom 1 is interior, but it receives good natural light via a window overlooking a courtyard. This room doesn't have a wardrobe.
