This spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Monteverde has been recently renovated. It offers 2 fully furnished bedrooms, both with their own balcony overlooking a courtyard. Other amenities include a large bathroom with a bathtub and a bright open plan kitchen and living area with a TV. This interior apartment has a floor area of 75 sqm and will make a perfect family home. It is located on Circonvallazione Gianicolense street, close to train station Trastevere and right next to a tram station.
What we liked the most
- This large flat is nicely decorated in a stylish ethnic inspired theme.
- The neighborhood of Monteverde is filled with green spaces and is one of the most picturesque areas of Rome.
- Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a big built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors.
- Bedroom 2 is ideal for children, equipped with a single bed with a roll out bed underneath.
- The large open plan kitchen and living area is very-well designed. It provides tenants with a comfortable and functional space to relax and cook.
- The kitchen offers a variety of appliances, cooking utensils and dining accessories.
- There is also a comfortable sectional sofa, a bookcase, a dining table and a flat screen TV.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior but it is not dark as all rooms have windows overlooking a courtyard.
