Spotahome is proud to present a pet-friendly, one bedroom apartment for rent, situated on Via dei Castani in the Centocelle neighborhood. Having all utilities included, this 40m2 apartment is a great option for those on a budget and suitable for couples. It benefits from having plenty of storage, from wardrobes and shelves in the bedroom, to an extra storage room where you can keep your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped and also features a large fridge and a dining area. The surrounding area, Centocelle, is full of greenery, shops and restaurants. You will have easy access to the city centre and other parts of Rome.
What we liked the most
- This area is quiet, yet full of restaurants and supermarkets. The train station is just around the corner so getting to the Rome city centre and its surrounding areas won't be a problem.
- The pet-friendly apartment for rent also has a small storage room - a perfect place to put your miscellaneous objects that just don't go anywhere else.
- The kitchen is very bright and modernly furnished - it has a double sink and plenty of cupboards where you can store your dishes, cutlery and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
- Some of our favorite features of the apartment are definitely the 4th floor view and the heating rack for your towels in the bathroom.
- All utilities are included in the rent!
Things to keep in mind
- While the apartment isn't exactly in the city centre, the metro station is just around the corner, making the transportation a piece of cake.
