Located on Borgo Pio, this modern 1 bedroom apartment is available for rent. It is conveniently located in the upscale Prati neighborhood, which offers a tranquil escape from the excitement of downtown Rome. Nevertheless, all of the city's most famous sights are close at hand, including Saint Peter's Basilca just 3 blocks away. The apartment's spacious terrace offers stunning views of the dome of the Basilca, and is without a doubt the star of this property. It is the perfect spot to enjoy dinner or a glass of wine with family and friends. The apartment itself is tastefully and comfortably decorated. It features parquet floors, high ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and oven. Additional amenities include a washing machine, A/C, and Wi-Fi.
What we liked the most
- The terrace is not only stunning, but it is large enough to be functional, with plenty of seating, a table, and a grill.
- The apartment is very quiet thanks to its orientation. It faces a large open courtyard with beautiful views of a vine covered stone wall and surrounding architecture.
- Wi-Fi and linens are provided and included in the cost.
- Some pets are allowed, including small dogs.
Things to keep in mind
- Cleaning costs an additional €60.
- The building has an elevator, however the stairway up to the terrace is quite steep and may be difficult for people with reduced mobility.
