Spotahome is proud to present a comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for rent, perfect for those who prefer to be located close to the Tiburtina station and have easy access to Termini. Located on Via Degli Ortaggi in the neighborhood of Tiburtina, the apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city and surrounded with restaurants, bars and cafes. All rooms are fully and comfortably furnished, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny living area, a bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. To ensure a comfortable stay, the apartment is also equipped with an air conditioning unit. The area of the apartment is 70m2.
