This recently renovated two bedroom apartment is tidy and nicely presented, with bright coloured walls and attractive decorations on its walls. The 52 sqm flat can sleep up to four people, with a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom offering a singe sofa bed. This interior apartment features a full kitchen, one bathroom, central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air-conditioning. The apartment for rent is located on Via Pietro D'Assisi, in the residential neighbourhood of Monteverde. Rome's historic centre is 4.5 km away and can be easily accessed in about half an hour using bus line N8, stopping 5 minutes from the apartment. However, there is no need to travel into downtown, as you will find all you need within walking distance from the apartment, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, banks and much more. This is a pet friendly home welcoming small pets only, and all bills are included as part of the rent.

- Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a desk, a television and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 has a single sofa bed, a television and a chest of drawers.
- Both rooms have air-conditioning and there is central heating throughout the flat.
- The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including plates, pots, cutlery and utensils.
- The bathroom is nicely presented, with tidy white tiles in both the floor and walls, and offering a large bathtub.
- All windows of this apartment face an internal courtyard, making it very quiet.
- Rent includes all utilities, so there will not be any unexpected expenses at the end of the month.
Things to keep in mind
- Only small-sized pets are allowed.
- The apartment is on the first floor, and there is no elevator.
- There is no oven in the apartment, but there is an electric stove.
- Bedroom 2 does not have a wardrobe.
- There is a similar 2 bedroom apartment adjoining this flat that can be accessed via a connecting door, giving tenants the opportunity to rent both flats to suit a family or friends travelling together.
