Tenants will have access to the beautiful common pool area, an ideal space to relax on a hot summer day. The apartment comes with one bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a compact but fully functional kitchen. Both bedrooms come with flat-screen TVs and storage space. Those will children will also enjoy the location on Via Luigi Chiarini, in a quiet and green residential neighbourhood. Rome's City Centre is approximately an hour away, and Rome Ciampino Airport, serving as a base for budget airlines, is 15 kilometres from the apartment.

- Both bedrooms have their own television, so there will not be any fights over the remote!
- Each room has an independent key.
- As the two rooms come with different bed sizes, the apartment can accommodate families or groups of friends.
- There is a common pool to help tenants cool off during the hot summer months.
- The apartment is located away from the city centre, in a tranquil neighbourhood.
