This 60 sqm exterior home receives a lot of natural light and is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay, including central heating and Wi-Fi. It offers a cozy living area with a dining table and television, one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and a small but functional kitchen. The apartment is only two minutes from Campo de' Fiori and within walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Roman Forum, just to name a few of the main attractions near this flat. You will also find a range of amenities and services to satisfy your everyday needs such as supermarkets, banks, gyms, hairdressers and a range of stores. Tram station Arenula- Cairoli is only five minutes from the apartment.

What we liked the most

The apartment for rent is located right in the historic centre of Rome, but is not too noisy as it faces a quiet street.
The bright living area is furnished with a dining table, a single-sofa bed and a small television.
The spacious bedroom is beautifully presented, and is equipped with a double bed and two bedside tables with reading lamps.
Finding space to store clothes and other personal items will not be a problem, with a large built-in closet providing plenty of storage space.
The bathroom has a small bathtub and a shower.
Rent includes all bills, cleaning and bed linen.

Things to keep in mind

The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator.
There is no oven in the kitchen.
