Spotahome is proud to present this charming, 2 bedroom, 80 m² apartment with a balcony situated on Via Cutilia in San Giovanni, Rome. This neighbourhood is often referred to as authentic, with a collection of Renaissance buildings but also several restaurants, shops and cafés. The spacious property has a large living room that is furnished with a comfortable velvet sofa bed and access to the balcony. The kitchen is pleasant and fully-equipped with modern appliances and access to another balcony. Bedroom 1 has a double bed whereas bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. The apartment has 1 bathroom to share between tenants. The nearest metro stop is Re Di Roma and is 7 minutes away.

- This apartment is equipped with central heating units which will keep tenants warm during winter.
- Some of the rooms have ceiling fans which is essential during summer.
- The property has a balcony which provides views of the lively street below.
