A bright, 75 m², 1-bedroom apartment with a large terrace is available to rent in Aurelia, Rome. The property is spacious, and it has a huge terrace balcony where tenants can relax or enjoy meals. The kitchen, which has been recently renovated, has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a small bar area with stools. The bathroom is sizable, and it has a small bathtub with a seat in it. There is a washing machine in a small closet in the corridor.
Aurelia is a quiet, residential area just outside of Rome. Well-connected by public transportation, residents of this neighborhood enjoy a peaceful life in the Eternal City. This is perfect for students who want to dip in and out of student and local italian life.
Are you planning to study at the Università Europea di Roma? Bus numbers 246 and 086 will take you there in 15 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The property has lovely wood floors.
- The living room is spacious and nicely decorated.
- There is an enormous terrace balcony in the property, which has access from the living room and the bedroom.
- There is AC in the apartment, which is perfect for hot Roman summers.
