This property measures 80 m² and is therefore quite spacious, with a very sizeable living room that has comfortable seating and a piano for music lovers. The apartment also has a kitchen which is fully equipped, and has plenty of storage space for your utensils.
This apartment is situated on Viale Somalia in Rome's Parioli neighbourhood. The local area is lively, and you will find an assortment of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants which suit all tastes and budgets. The neighbourhood is relatively green, and to reach other parts of Rome, you can walk a short distance to Libia metro or Roma Nomentana train station.
