This 70 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in located in the Colosseo area of the historic center. The apartment is a duplex with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and the other in the basement. There is a rustic-style kitchen, cozy living room, and full bathroom.
The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the world-famous Coliseum, surrounded by plenty of shopping, eating, and nightlife options. The location is also ideal, located between 2 metro stops.
What we liked the most
- There is a spacious terrace with plenty of plants – the perfect place to relax.
- The windows are double glazed to let in the light and keep out the noise.
- The living room has big windows and comes with a sofa-bed and AC.
- The beds in bedroom 2 have built-in storage space.
- The kitchen may be rustic, but it has modern appliances including a dishwasher.
- You are in the heart of the historical center, but are near 2 metro stops – convenient in Rome!
Things to keep in mind
- You can request to have twin beds instead of a double be in bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 2 is downstairs, which you must use a staircase to access.
