Spotahome's opinion
This spacious, 2-bedroom apartment is newly renovated and has plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and there is space for hosting dinners. The outside terrace is very specious and has a view of the beautiful courtyard bellow.
The 35 m² property is located in a residential area on Via Carlo Follini in Acilia, and is surrounded by large beautiful houses and open spaces. Living here you will be right in between the city center of Rome and the coast toward the Tyrrhenian Sea.
What we liked the most
- The large terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings.
- The spacious double bedroom.
- The newly renovated apartment has a very fresh and modern interior.
- The surroundings have a very open feel as it is located in a residential area with mostly houses.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom number 2 is accessed through stairs in the hallway and does not offer much privacy as there is no door.
