This is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment for rent in calm, relaxing Tuscolano. This is a great property for those who want a peaceful neighbourhood with quick access to the city centre. The apartment is spacious, tidy and has all the necessary amenities for easy living. The bedroom features comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space and a nice window for letting in that beautiful Roman sunlight. The living room features a comfortable couch, modern entertainment centre and a dining table. It even has a small balcony overlooking the street below! The kitchen has lots of counter space, drawers and cupboards for storing items. You'll love preparing meals and entertaining guests.
Your neighbourhood has lots to offer residents. Enjoy shopping for your groceries at any one of the numerous supermarkets. There's even a health food store just around the corner. If you need some new clothes, walk 10 minutes to the shopping centre where you'll find major clothing chains and more. Lastly, for a bit of local culture, try Teatro Don Bosco where you can enjoy either theatre or cinema.

- From Termini you can connect to other parts of the city. For example, the Sapienza University is an 18-minute walk. You can also take the 310 bus.
- Fiumicino airport is just another 35 minutes from Termini. Catch the LE bus outside the station direct to the airport.
