This super nice and beautiful 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Portuense has not one but two great outdoor living spaces. It is a split level apartment with the rooms located on the first floor and the kitchen and a large terrace on the second floor. There is a laundry room with the washing machine and dryer that also has alot of cupboard space for all cleaning products. The bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobe, drawers, en-suite bathroom, a sliding door leading to the balcony, TV, AC and heating. The living room has a couch, a 4 seater dinning table, another TV and it leads out onto a good sized balcony where there is more than enough space for storage of bikes and outside equipment.
Upstairs, the kitchen is large and stylish with gas stove, oven, all cutlery, a bar table, 2 stool and a 2 seater dinning table. The kitchen then leads out onto another large terrace that has a table enough for 6 people with a sun umbrella. This terrace is great for entertaining, BBQ, sun bathing, or just to take a nice quiet morning coffee.
On Viale Guglielmo Marconi you have all the shops such as Sephora, sports shops, pharmacies and super markets. This apartment is well-situated close to the River Tiber where you can take a nice evening stroll. Transports are also located on the main road just minutes from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has 2 balcony/terrace which provides really great outdoor living space for apartment living.
- There are local shops, including grocery stores, all within a few minutes walk from the apartment. Super convenient.
- Central Rome is less than 30 minutes away, with a short walk and train journey.
