This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via del Basilico is on the third floor of an historic building. It has been entirely renovated, though, and there is an elevator so that you don’t have to walk up to your apartment. The space is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 3 tenants. Aside from the super comfy bedroom and modern ensuite bathroom, you can enjoy an airy open-concept living space. The floors, ceilings and decor are all gorgeously elegant, and the area is furnished with a beautiful sofa, a 4-seat dining table, a flat-screen TV and an equipped, one-wall kitchenette.
If you love being surrounded by history, you’ll adore Centro Storico. If you love happening cafés, great restaurants, cinemas and theaters, you’ll love the modernity of Rome’s historic center too! You have access to all of these things and more within a 20-minute walk through this exciting Roman neighborhood. There are lots of banks, 2 supermarkets, a car rental agency, a gym and a spa, all less than 10 minutes from your front door!
