This 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent offers a cozy and charming home located in the central area of Termini. This is a renovated apartment in a historical building, whose best feature is the large bedroom terrace that has views of the beautiful church next door. There is an open-concept kitchen and living room fully equipped and furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and extendable dining table. The apartment has modern amenities and beautiful artwork that add lots of character.

On Via Piave, the apartment is in a great location surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops and only a 10-minute walk to the Termini train station. Right outside your door, you have a small commercial area and a bus stop with connections all of the city. Located near the city center there is always something new to discover and beautiful buildings to admire.

What we liked the most

  • Nick the homechecker loved the apartment's location and view from the terrace.
  • There are AC units in both the living room and bedroom.
  • The bathroom is modern and even has a heating unit and window.
  • This is a great central location with plenty to do within walking distance but also well-connected by public transportation.
