This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 80 m² footprint on Via Nicola Coviello in Aurelio. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, and also has balcony access, as does the living room and bedroom. The bedroom also has a double bed and TV.
The Università Europea di Roma is a half-hour walk away, or 20-minutes by bus. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy within a 10-minute walk, as well as a couple of restaurants. You'll also be right next to CEI and TV 2000, ideal if you work at either!
What we liked the most
- The spacious living area is a great space to relax in outside of your room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom has a large bath with a shower, sink and toilet.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no Wi-Fi currently installed, but the landlord may install Wi-Fi for long stays and include this charge in the rent.
