This lovely 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Rome's Centro Storico is a well-equipped property in a historical building. Upon entering you have a combined kitchen and living room with beautiful wooden details and access to a balcony. With an area of 40 m² the design takes advantage of the space with a pull-out dining table, breakfast bar, and sofa bed. There is plenty of built-in storage units throughout and shelving – perfect for book lovers. The bedroom also receives plenty of natural light and has a comfy queen-size bed.
On Via Machiavelli, you are in the the center of Rome. Just 10 minutes from the Termini train station, you can have a quick and easy commute anywhere in the city. Have visitors? Sightseeing will be painless with monuments such as the Colosseum just a 10-minute walk away. A few minutes away, you also have Viale Manzoni, where you can find plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants.
