This 2nd floor 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Stefano Satta Flores opens into the living room. A small bookshelf separates it from the equipped kitchen and dining area. This area is furnished with a couple of pictures, a sofa and a couple of chairs. The one-wall kitchen has ample cupboard space and it is fully equipped. The dining area has a 4-seat table, which sits in front of glass doors that open onto a sunny balcony. From the bedroom, which has 2 chairs and a comfy double bed, you can also reach the balcony. The bathroom has a shower stall and a heated towel rack. Additionally, in the corridor to the bed and bathroom, you’ll find an extra single bed.
Your apartment in Porta di Roma is located on the edge of Parco delle Sabine. It’s not quite as large as the Marcigliana Nature Reserve to the north, but it’s gorgeous and offers picnic areas and walking trails. If you’re a nature addict, then you’ll enjoy every gorgeous green space nearby. If not, don’t worry. The Porta di Roma shopping mall is only a 10-minute walk away. There are a few cocktail bars near your new home, as well as a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. The mall has a hypermarket where you can pick up groceries, or as an alternate you can go to the In-Coop supermarket, which is a 12-minute walk from your door.
What we liked the most
- You can access a spacious balcony from the dining area or from the bedroom.
- Green spaces are abundant and there is a huge natural reserve north of your new home.
- You can reach the Salesian Pontifical University with a 10-minute bus ride away.
- You can shop for brand name items at the nearby mall.
