This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 50 m² footprint on Via Principe Eugenio in Centro Storico. The bedroom has a double bed as well as a desk, and wardrobe while the living room is well-equipped with a sofa-bed and some storage.
The Mercato Centrale Roma is only a 10-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket and a few other stores withn a 10-minute walk as well. The Colosseum and Parco Del Colle Oppio are both within a 20-minute walk, so there is plenty to explore on your days off.
What we liked the most
- The large living area is a great space to relax outside of your room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- There are plenty of windows to let in natural light thoughout the apartment.
- The University of Rome La Sapienza - Faculty of Law is a 23-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom is only accessible though the bedroom.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, but does not have a microwave or oven.
