This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Servio Tullio is in a building with an elevator. Good thing, because the apartment is on the 5th floor! The space is huge. Both bedrooms have a door to the hall, as well as to the living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table, TV, and wardrobe. However, both bedrooms also have sofas. You won’t have to fight over bathroom time since there are two of them in this lovely property. The first bathroom has a washing machine and shower cabinet. The second one is slightly smaller, but still roomy, and it also has a shower. The kitchen is in a separate room with a window. It’s fully equipped and has an oven, stove, fridge, and dishwasher.
Whether you want to stay in Rome or travel outward, Termini is the ideal location. You’re only 15 minutes from the Roma Termini railway station, and even closer to the Metro and buses. Of course, when in Rome, you’ll have tons to do in this neighborhood. The Indipendenza Art Gallery and Historical Museum of the Bersaglieri are within a 10-minute walk. The Hard Rock Café and numerous other bars and restaurants are nearby. The neighborhood is also packed with hotels, so anticipate the streets to be bustling with tourists.

- The space is huge. The bedrooms are like studio apartments themselves!
- It’s a very central location with fantastic public transportation connections.
- The streets are lively with busy cafés and restaurants.
- There are tons of museums and art galleries nearby.
