This cute 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Viale Furio Camillo is on the 9th floor. Don’t worry, though, there is an elevator! In this apartment, the kitchen, dining, and living room combine into a single space. It’s not a huge area, but it’s comfortable. The floors are tiled and the kitchen is fully equipped. The rest of the room is furnished with shelving, a small dining table, sofa, and TV. There is also a door to a small balcony with a pretty view. The washing machine is hiding out here as well. The bathroom, which has a shower stall, is cozy. The double bedroom is spacious and bright with lots of storage for your clothes.
Your new home in Appio Latino is in the perfect zone of urban living. It’s close enough to downtown that you can be at the center of the action within 20 minutes. And it’s just far enough away that you can relax and enjoy a more laid-back pace. There are two cinemas and a couple of theaters close by, so you’ve got culture here. History can be found in nearby tourist sites, like Villa Lazzaroni. And there is nature, too. A 10-minute walk gets you to the edge of Caffarella Park. It’s a beautiful and sprawling green space with a castle, gardens, and catacombs.
What we liked the most
- The small balcony has a wonderful view over the neighborhood buildings.
- Mercatino Appia flea market is just a 5-minute walk away.
- There are two cinemas and a theater within a 5-minute walk.
- The REG train can take you downtown in less than 20 minutes.
