This 45 m² property offers a beautifully decorated living room with sofa and dining table, and a small fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is ensuite with a shower and washing machine, and comes off the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed.
Located in the Centro Storico area, this property is right in the heart of Rome, and is surrounded by everything that the city has to offer. The Giardini del Quirinale Garden is just across the road from this property, and offers a beautiful space to get some fresh air and exercise. There is a huge range of shops and eateries within walking distance of this property, with the nearest supermarket less than a minute's walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living room is equipped with a sofa and small dining table, and is beautifully decorated.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook.
- The bathroom is ensuite, and is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
- The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and is a very big living area.
- This property has central heating, and the option for A/C at an extra cost.
- This property is right in the heart of everything that Rome has to offer, with the nearest supermarket just 100m away.
Things to keep in mind
- This property is on the 2nd floor of the building, which doesn't have an elevator.
- The kitchen is small, but is well equipped for 1 or 2 people.
