Situated on Via Nomentana, just a 10 minute bus drive to Termini Roma Station, this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom is an excellent choice for those who prefer to live in a safe residential area of Parioli. Fully equipped with all necessary appliances, this apartment consists of spacious open plan kitchen with a living area, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet room and a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable double bed and storage. With many bus services just outside the apartment, you will have easy access to the city centre as well as other parts of Rome. The beautiful park of Villa Paganini is also just a short walk away, providing an excellent spot to relax after a long day.
