The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires a deposit that depends on the length of stay. For tenancies of less than 6 months, the deposit is 1 month of rent. For those who wish to stay for more than 6 months, the deposit is 2 months of rent. Rent can be paid by bank transaction. This landlord only accepts male professionals and students. There is a final cleaning fee of 30€, to be paid upon check out.
