Comfortable rooms for rent in a large 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, located on Via di Casal dei Pazzi, close to several larger green spaces, including Riserva Naturale della Valle dell'Aniene. One of the best features of this 97m2 apartment is its shared balcony, along with two separate balconies belonging to rooms 2, 3 and 4. The shared areas are furnished with all necessary amenities to fully ensure a stress-free stay. You can reach the city centre in just 40 minutes by bus!
What we liked the most
- You will be located close to several larger green spaces, perfect for those looking for an escape into the nature.
- The hallway has a seating unit with hidden storage underneath.
- The entire apartment is very spacious, measuring to 97m2.
