Three rooms with independent keys are available for rent in a shared apartment in Rome. This spacious home has a floor area of 120 sqm and features one bathroom, a full kitchen, a laundry room, and a very comfortable living area opening out onto a pleasant balcony. The flat is located on Lungotevere delle Navi, in the neighbourhood of Parioli, only meters from the River Tiber. Rome's historic city centre is a short public transport ride away and you can walk to Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese in approximately 10 minutes.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is comfortable and very spacious.
- The ample living area receives a good amount of natural light with two doors leading to a balcony.
- There are three dining tables for tenants to enjoy their meals, two in the living area and one in the kitchen.
- This building offers a common terrace that can be enjoyed by the tenants.
- There is laundry area with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
- Two of the rooms are equipped with twin beds and can accommodate two people.
- All rooms are equipped with an independent key allowing occupants to secure their belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the first floor and faces a busy road, so you can expect to hear some traffic noise.
