This fully furnished apartment has one bedroom for rent, and is located on Via Tuscolana, in the neighbourhood of Appio Latino. The three bedroom flat has one shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and central heating. The bedroom for rent is very spacious, equipped with new furniture and a television. The landlady lives in the apartment and is a friendly Brazilian woman. The location is central, very well-connected, and close to shops, restaurants and bars.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom for rent is spacious and brings in lots of natural light.
- There is plenty of storage in the room with a large standalone wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- The very tidy kitchen is equipped with modern amenities.
- The location in Appio Latino is excellent, with good access to public transport and just a 20 minute stroll to the Colosseum.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living room, but the kitchen is spacious and features a dining table.
- The landlady lives in the apartment.
