Pigneto is a young neighborhood that, despite its urban appearance, is perfectly safe. The apartment has a shared balcony, with access from both bedrooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and dining table. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a sink.
