This property boasts a large kitchen which is fully furnished with all modern appliances necessary for comfortable cooking. Tenants can spend time together on the large terrace that surrounds the apartment.
This property is ideal for students, as it is situated just 19 minutes from the University of Tor Vegata. This neighbourhood features several green spaces and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. From the apartment, tenants can access the city centre by walking 7 minutes to Torrenova metro.
