There are 3 luminous bedrooms available rent in this recently renovated flat in Tor Vergata in southeast Rome. The flat is very spacious and features large windows, high ceilings with exposed wood beams. There are two roomy bathrooms to share, both with brand new stall showers, and a huge fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and large dining table. The apartment has fantastic amenities, including a washing machine, A/C, and terrace. Not only is the property very close to Tor Vergata University, it is also well connected to the city center via metro. There are many students in the area and plenty of amenities like supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- Just 10 minutes walking from Tor Vergata University, this property is great for students.
- There is both heating and A/C, so you will be comfortable year round.
- Utilities and WiFi are included in the rent.
- This flat has great amenities, like a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and terrace.
- The property is very spacious, luminous and new.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living area, however the kitchen and terrace are both large and great places to relax with friends.
