This shared apartment in Appio Latino offers three fully furnished rooms to rent. All rooms are equipped with a desk, providing a private and quiet space to study. Tenants will share use of one bathroom and a full kitchen with a stove, oven and microwave. The apartment has central heating, a washing machine and is located on Via Satrico, within walking distance to the metro, tram and bus. This area is surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and offers every service required for a comfortable stay. The total floor area of the apartment is 95 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped, and also offers a dining table.
- There is a washing machine and a small balcony where you can dry your laundry.
- The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.
- The apartment is located within walking distance to two metro stations.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 face the street, but you will not be disturbed by traffic noise as the windows insulate most of the noise.
