There are 2 bathrooms to share between tenants.
Torrevecchia is a pleasant, quiet area situated to the north-west of Rome's centre. There are several green spaces that are not too far away, such as Parco Regionale Urbano Pineto which is 25 minutes from the apartment. Tenants can walk or drive to Rome's Catholic University which is 29 minutes away on foot, and approximately 13 minutes in the car.
