The 130m2 apartment is fully furnished, featuring a fantastic communal open-plan kitchen with a living area, offering a perfect place to hang out with your new flatmates.
The surrounding area is calm. However, tenants can reach the Trastevere train station in just 5 minutes on foot or take a 20-minute bus journey to TRE University. The nearby Villa Doria Pamphili is a fantastic choice for a study spot and the charming neighbourhood of Trastevere has a vibrant nightlife.

- Roma Trastevere station is a 5-minute walk away.
- Universita Roma TRE is a 20-minute bus ride from the apartment.
- A washing machine is provided inside the apartment.
- We love the communal kitchen with a dining table and a sofa.
