This 70 m², 2-bedroom apartment has fully furnished rooms for rent on the ground floor. The different rooms in the apartment are separated along a long corridor. The windows face the interior patio, which let in natural light.
Located in the neighborhood of Giardinetti, the apartment is within walking distance of the University of Rome II, Tor Vergata. Similar to the district of Tor Vergata, this is a very student-friendly area.

- There is a long corridor which provides plenty of privacy.
- The kitchen is spacious and comes equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, double sink, table for 4, and a TV.
- This is great place for students, within walking distance of the University of Rome II, Tor Vergata.
