This 150m2, 6-bedroom apartment is very spacious with 3 separate living areas. All the bedrooms have a window so they receive plenty of natural light, and some have balcony access. The common area is the remodelled kitchen that also doubles as the dining room. There are 2 spacious bathrooms to share.
The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Ardeatino, a quiet and residential area. The apartment is located next to Tenuta di Tormarancia park and minutes away from the larger Parco della Caffarella. You have the lively Ostiense district very close by and have bus and metro connections to the city centre.
