This 130 m², 3-bedroom apartment has beds for rent in shared occupancy bedrooms. The fully furnished bedrooms come with plenty of storage space. The apartment has a very spacious living room with an elegant decor, making it a great place to spend time with your roommates or guests. The renovated kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you may need and there is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the San Giovanni neighbourhood, which is known for its charming cobblestone streets and views of the ancient Roman wall. This is a great option for students, well-connected to the Sapienza University campus by metro.
What we liked the most
- The living room has an elegant dining table, very large and comfortable leather couch, shelving, and a flat-screen TV.
- Bedroom 3 has a private en-suite bathroom.
- The bathroom to share is also renovated and comes with a bathtub.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, toaster oven, double sink, and dishwasher.
- Some of the bedrooms come with an AC unit.
- The apartment is minutes away from multiple train, metro, and tram stops.
- The property is only 15 minutes away from Sapienza University.
Things to keep in mind
- The 2 beds for rent in bedroom 2 are loft beds that required the use of a ladder.
