This 100 m², 3-bedroom property has spacious rooms for rent. The rooms come fully furnished and have 1 large and renovated bathroom to share. Although the rooms face the street, the windows block out a lot of noise. The common area is the kitchen, which is very spacious and doubles as a dining room. The kitchen also opens onto the large balcony overlooking the main street.
Located in the neighbourhood of Aurelio, the apartment is connected to the city by bus and metro. Aurelio is considered an authentic Rome neighbourhood that is home to many locals.

- The bedrooms for rent are very spacious and come with a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV.
- Bedroom 1 has private use of a bathroom and balcony access.
- The master bathroom to share is very elegant and completely renovated.

- The apartment has extra storage space in the corridors.
- The apartment is very well connected to the city by bus and is only a 5-minute walk to the metro station.
