The rooms are nicely decorated and each include a TV and desk. One room has an en-suite bathroom, which leaves the other bathroom for the sole use of the other bedroom. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a fridge-freezer, along with a gas stove.
The apartment is well situated, close to both local Metro (Ponte Lungo, 5 minutes' walk) and buildings of archaeological interest, with the Basilica di San Giovanni about 15 minutes' walk away. The Coliseo is about 30 minutes away on foot, taking in other basilicas and monasteries on the way. The huge Parco della Caffarella is also within a 15-minute walk and is full of things to see.

- For history lovers, several of Rome's most significant buildings are within walking distance, and the others are just a short journey on Metro.
- The proximity to one of Rome's largest parks must be a big draw for nature lovers and sun worshippers!
- The bedrooms in the apartment are nicely decorated, and each has its own flatscreen TV.
- 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. This always helps maintain domestic harmony.
