This 100m2, 2-bedroom apartment has 1 room for rent in a spacious and art-filled home. The common areas include the cozy little kitchen and the living room in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and the hallway next to it is furnished as a dining room. There is full bathroom to share. You would be living with the live-in landlord.
Located in the neighborhood of Tuscolano, the apartment is separated from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but is well-connected by public transport. Just outside the property you can find multiple bus stops and in a 5-minute walk you reach a metro station.
What we liked the most
- The landlord has decorated the apartment with a lot of beautiful artwork, giving the apartment a lot of character.
- The entrance hall is furnished with a unique glass dining table and is decorated to make it a cozy place to eat and relax.
- The kitchen is small, but comes fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, double sink, and a dishwasher.
- There is 1 full bathroom to share with a bathtub.
