This room for rent is in a 95m2, 3-bedroom apartment that is very colorful and has a lot of personality. Upon entering the apartment you have the very spacious and open living room area, bright from the sunlight and yellow-painted walls. You can find other colorful wall decor and handmade furniture throughout the property that make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage space and there is 1 large bathroom to share.
The apartment is located on a quiet street in the Parioli neighborhood. This neighborhood is known for having a vibrant nightlife with plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. You have tram connections to the nearest metro and a bus that takes you straight to the Termini train station.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has large windows which let in plenty of light and has a lot of little corners that you can take advantage of.
- The living room is a beautiful big and open space furnished with a couch, arm chair, coffee table, shelving, lots of books, dining table, and a TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and double sink.
- There is a long and wide corridor that can be used as an extra seating area to relax and read a book.
- The bathroom is very spacious with a bathtub and large window.
- There is parking available.
- The apartment is very well-connected by bus and tram.
