This 120 m², 4-bedroom apartment offers a range of couple-friendly rooms to rent. The apartment has 1 shared bathroom and 2 of the rooms have their own ensuite. Tenants will also share a kitchen and dining area with a washing machine.
The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Ostiense, an area ideal to enjoy a true Roman experience away from tourist crowds. You will find several transport options nearby, allowing you to reach the historical city centre in approximately 15 minutes.
What we liked the most
- Rent covers all bills, including central heating.
- All rooms to rent have access to a balcony.
- The shared kitchen comes with all that is needed to cook as well as a washing machine and dining table.
- You will find shops, bars, restaurants and amenities nearby, including a supermarket next door.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord informed us that the television located in bedroom 1 at the time of our visit will be moved to the kitchen and the washing machine will be updated to a newer version.
- The landlord is looking for tenants who will look after the apartment and keep it clean.
