A sunny room with a balcony is available to rent to females in Garbatella, Rome. The apartment is large and spacious, and it has lots of natural light. The bathroom has been recently renovated, and it has a washing machine, a shower, and a separate bathtub. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a stove, a huge fridge, plenty of storage space, a TV, a balcony, and a table with chairs.
The Garbatella neighborhood is a quiet area that has recently been gaining in popularity. Home to the new Roma Tre University, Garbatella is quickly becoming a trendy part of Rome. With plenty of trattorias, cafes, and bars nearby, there is no shortage of fun and interesting things to do in Garbatella.
What we liked the most
- There is a balcony in the room for rent.
- There are lovely parquet floors throughout the apartment.
- There is lots of storage space and shelving in the room for rent.
- There is a nice view of trees and greenery from the window, despite it being a street view.
