This 3-bedroom apartment for rent has very spacious and elegant rooms for rent. The bedrooms have elegant flooring and big windows that keep them filled with plenty of natural light. The main shared areas are the walk-thu kitchen which leads to the huge outdoor patio that comes with outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is 1 fully renovated bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the picturesque residential neighborhood of Monteverde. The apartment is very well-connected to the city by bus and tram, which are just minutes away by foot. Although it is easy to get around, you have plenty of shops and delicious restaurants on the surrounding streets.
What we liked the most
- The property's best feature is the huge patio that has outdoor seating, a canopy, storage, and a BBQ.
- All the bedrooms come with an AC unit.
- Bedroom 2 has direct access to the patio.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, and washing machine.
- The bathroom is fully renovated with a modern sink and standing shower.
- The apartment is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, multiple bus stops, and a tram stop.
