This gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment can be found on Via Sinuessa in San Giovanni. Each of the rooms has AC and its own private bathroom. The 80 m² apartment is well looked after, and has been recently renovated. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, with an electric oven and stove, plus storage.
At first glance a residential area, keep your eyes open as you walk the streets and you'll find plenty of little restaurants and cafes, boutique shops, and more. There's a post office nearby, and banks too, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Via Appia Nuova, where you'll find all the shopping your heart could desire, as well as plenty of nightlife.

What we liked the most
- We love the quirky little touches which add personality to the apartment, like the shutters on the mirror.
- Each of the rooms has its own bathroom. Ideal for people keen on their privacy!
- The huge and beautiful Parco Della Caffarella is just a short walk away.
- Via Appia Nuova and Via Appia Antica are both close by – the first offering lots of shopping and restaurants, the second ancient buildings and a tree lined walk.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine in the building, but there is a launderette nearby.
- The kitchen does not have an oven. However it has an electric stove, and will have a portable electric oven.

Bedroom 2 has a big sofa that converts into a double bed. This lends the already spacious room even more floor space.
