This 60 m², 2-bedroom apartment in Rome's San Giovanni neighbourhood has a room available to rent. The interior of the property is bright and clean, with a convenient kitchen that is fully equipped with modern appliances and an extendable dining table for when you have company. There is 1 bathroom to share with the live-in landlord and his sister.
This apartment is on Via Acireale in San Giovanni, a very pleasant neighbourhood situated to the south-east of the city centre. The surrounding area is very pleasant, you will find a variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and some Roman walls which you can see from your window! The property is also very well connected by public transport - Lodi metro station is just 3 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a brand new washing machine!
- The available bedroom is cosy and has a TV.
- The bedroom has a very spacious wardrobe - plenty of room for your clothes.
- You know you're in Rome, when you can see old Roman walls from your bedroom window!
- Ponte Casilino train station and Lodi metro station are both less than 10 minutes away.

- The available bedroom has a set of twin beds, but you can ask the landlord if you would prefer a double bed.
