Spacious and bright rooms are available to rent in this lovely, 4-bedroom, 98 m² apartment available to rent in the EUR area. The apartment has large shared living space, with the rooms flowing into one-another creating a very open and friendly feeling home. There is one large bathroom and a separate toilet room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a main living area, with sofas, a TV, and an expandable dining table.
EUR Laurentina is a large district to the south of the city know for being peaceful, safe, and comfortable. The outer edges of the area are mostly residential, and are bordered by fields, parks, and nature reserves. The centre–about 10-minutes from the apartment by public transport–is a large business district. There are plenty of amenities more local to the apartment, including grocery stores, banks, and other small shops, plus several bars and restaurants.
Other points of interest include the Museo delle Tradizioni Popolari and Abbazia delle 3 Fontane. As if that weren't enough, there are also several sport amenities nearby, as well as a large shopping mall for those who like shopping. What's more, you can reach Campus Biomedico di Roma on foot.
What we liked the most
- The views from the balconies are great – you can see for kilometres across the nearby suburbs.
- We love the way the apartment is laid out, to make a very social space for you to get to know your new flatmates.
- A very green area, you can find plenty of places to walk in the fields, or under the trees, to relax, and get away from city life.
- This location is ideal for somebody wanting to work in the busy EUR district, but who wants peace and quiet when they return home.
- The apartment is ideal for students with the Roma Tre University a short bus ride away.
