This 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment has a furnished room to rent that overlooks a courtyard. The landlady also lives in the apartment, and you will share with her a fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher and the bathroom.
The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood that is well connected by public transport. Via Tuscolana, one of the most important roads in Rome, is nearby and you will find shops and restaurants within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The spacious kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- There is also a dining table to enjoy your meals.
- The bathroom is spacious and has a window.
- The rentable room overlooks a courtyard, making it quiet.
- There are several shopping centres nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no wardrobe inside the bedroom, but tenants will have access to a wardrobe that is located in the hall.
- The living area is for the exclusive use of the landlady.
